Private school Lada Center
Enrolment Fee for the Lada Center Educational Cycle 2025/2026 is 100€.

1. General Provisions

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the private school Lada Center (hereinafter: the School) and the participant in the educational programme or their legal representative (hereinafter: the Participant or Student). By enrolling in the Lada Center Private Democratic School programme, the Participant confirms that they are familiar with these terms and conditions and agree to them.

2. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon completion of the application form and payment of the enrolment fee or the first instalment of the tuition fee.

Tuition fees are to be paid according to the payment plan agreed upon at the time of enrolment.

In the event of late payment, the School reserves the right to suspend administrative procedures.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except in cases expressly provided for in these terms and conditions.

3. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the programme, 50% of the tuition fee will be retained.

Once the programme has started, refunds are not possible, except in the case of serious illness or force majeure, and upon submission of appropriate documentation.

4. Timetable and Programme

The School reserves the right to change timetables, instructors, and programme content while ensuring the maintenance of quality and learning objectives. 

National holidays and school holidays are included in the annual plan and are not subject to replacement classes, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Personal Data Protection

The School collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of enrolment, administration, and communication.

All data is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR).

6. Health and Safety

Parents or guardians are required to inform the School of any medical conditions, allergies, or other important information regarding the Participant.

The School endeavours to provide a safe environment for all but accepts no liability for injuries resulting from negligence or non-compliance with rules on the part of the Participant.

7. Amendments to the Terms

The School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Participants will be informed in writing or by email of any changes at least 14 days before they take effect.

By enrolling in the private school Lada Center, you agree to the terms of use of the Reifegrad-Reflektion application, which is used for demonstrating competencies within the framework of education. To use the application, registration via wirkwerk.at is required, in cooperation with Lada Center, where a special code for a discounted usage fee is provided. All instructions regarding the Reifegrad-Reflektion application are available on our Discord server, access to which is granted upon enrolment. The data of each enrolled participant becomes part of the Reifegrad-Reflektion research project.

Contact and Data Protection

We treat the data entrusted to us with care, processing and using it solely for the purpose of participating in the maturity reflection (Reifegrad-Reflektion©) and deleting it upon the request of the data provider. Further details on data protection are set out in our Data Protection Statement. For data protection inquiries, you may communicate in English or German via info@reifegrad-reflektion.at, and in Slovenian via info@lada-center.education.

Data Protection Statement (Duty of Information)

Protecting your personal data is of particular importance to us. We process your data exclusively in accordance with the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). This Data Protection Statement informs you of the key aspects of data processing within our data protection measures.

Contacting Us

If you contact us via the “Non-binding Registration for Reifegrad-Reflektion” form, you consent to the use of the data provided for the purpose of a non-binding registration for the Maturity Reflection. This data is required to process your registration.


By completing the form, you give your consent for the processing of the submitted data for the purpose of registration and any subsequent implementation of the maturity reflection.


Your data will be securely stored through our WordPress website or our Nextcloud service in Austria and will be used solely for the stated purpose. If you make a final decision to participate in the maturity reflection (Reifegrad-Reflektion), your data will be exported in CSV format to enable the reflection process.


Please note that your email address will be used to send you additional information, and your phone number, if provided, may be used for any clarifications related to the maturity reflection (Reifegrad-Reflektion).

This consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time with effect from the time of revocation. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, request data portability, withdraw consent, and object to processing. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

Contribution for the Use of the Reifegrad-Reflektion Application

The annual enrolment fee for Lada Center 100€is not included here.
